Do not recommend

I would never recommend Arden Courts. My loved one was here for 3 days and I moved him to [facility name removed] and I am so glad that I did.

Mom's Oasis

The rooms were plenty large enough and the staff kept everything tidy. Felt like home! The staff was very caring and gracious.

A good decision

The staff - from the office to the cottage to meal times and personal care- really seem to care what happens with my mom. I appreciate that attention for her when I cannot be there.

Great Memory Care

They keep dad active. So far they have been taking very good care of dad. I would recommend to others.

The best part of Arden court for [Name Removed] was the Brighton hospice care. They were exceptional. Some of the caregivers were above and beyond. However, was not enamored with the new management. Perhaps it's like that everywhere now as it is such a big business. I prefer warm and fuzzy, but that's hard to come by I guess. Can't give it a five because of the management. Will give it a four for most of the caregivers.

I toured Arden Courts recently and found it to be a generally warm and pleasant environment. The staff I met were friendly, and the overall feel of the community was calm and welcoming. During my visit, I did notice a few maintenance issues that gave me pause. There was an active leak in the roof, and the room I was shown had standing water in the shower area from a flood. These may be temporary issues, but they were present during my tour and affected my impression of the building’s condition. On a positive note…
