Amazing staff

The staff is amazing. I am extremely pleased with the care he receives. I was, however, very disappointed that [Name Removed] is no longer there. He was the primary reason for my decision.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the site. I liked the idea of locking into a one time 8% increase. [Name Removed] was very informative and answered all of my questions.

This place used to be wonderful, but unfortunately it has gone downhill significantly under the new management company. It now feels like they care more about filling rooms than maintaining quality care and living conditions. The facility is outdated, there’s often an unpleasant odor throughout the building, the food quality is poor, and many of the rooms feel more like small closets than comfortable living spaces. I had a very disappointing experience with this memory care facility. From the start, the sales process raised concerns. The representative I spoke with was overly loud and came across as more pushy than informative. More troubling, several claims he made didn’t seem accurate, which made it difficult to trust anything being presented. A Rocky River family's experience

Had to get a new director during my wife's stay as training did not seem to be uniform across all staff and there was some in house bickering. Most admin staff did not go the extra mile to make sure things were clean (bathrooms) and that the rooms were properly stocked with supplies. My own personal caregivers made sure things were made clean and fresh for my wife. Some of the staff were cordial and pleasant. I did have my own caregivers as I did not trust the in house staff. Amazing caregivers, the residents are very well taken care of. The building is clean and kept up. I loved how nice everyone is and pleasant the place is as well. The caregivers are very attentive and caring.
