This is a beautiful community. The rooms are all getting updated as well as the rest of the building.

Overall, the experience has been positive. The staff was friendly, and the initial tour was comprehensive. I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of staff members I met and would have liked a directory of names and responsibilities. However, I found that the receptionist was always able to direct me to the appropriate person to answer my questions. This was my first experience placing a loved one in assisted living. Not impressed old facility people looked bored. Lady was nice. No parking- the place was old.

Has room for Improvement

There are some standouts on the non-healthcare care team. The healthcare team has been in turmoil at the leadership level, I'd give the techs and LPNs a 5 but the leadership a 1. There is a new manager, there are repairs underway, but my father and mother have had a lot of complaints, especially about the food (cold when served to the second seating almost without fail).
