I would overall rate them at 5/5. The only thing I can not really rate is quality of care as we are in independent living and have not needed to access assisted living services except to do nursing evaluation for my husband and that would be rated 5/5. We do not eat in dining room so we have not experienced the dining experience.

I have no helpful comments. I am fairly neutral. Their two bedroom is laid out nicely, and is fairly spacious and comfortable. Maintenance requests have been dealt with in a timely manner. There is a reasonable amount of storage space, and the in-unit washer and dryer is nice. Not a lot of common gathering spaces, either inside or outside, and visitor parking is limited.

So far, this has been a good move for us. Admin, staff, and residents have been very welcoming. They offered us a program that has helped reduce our rent to a more comfortable amount. We have moved in as independent living with a age in place plan. We will be able to stay in our apartment and as my husband advances in Alzheimer's, we are able to access assisted living services and memory care if and when needed. Large, cabin feeling facility. Felt like hotel with long dark hallways. Not very ‘homey’. Beautiful apartments aimed at more independent residents. Memory care was more intimate, still felt dark. Staff very friendly and engaging. Level of residents more like nursing home. As for our family member, it is not a good fit. The facility was nice and our tour guide, [name removed], was great. He presented honestly and openly, showed us a few different rooms and was genuinely interested in meeting our needs. The facility is not new and rooms are being renovated and updated as they open. The newly renovated rooms are very nice. NP offers a variety of services and seem to be flexible to meet the needs of the residents. [name removed] also gave us some recommendations of other facilities if our needs could not be met there.
