Not truly equipped to care for dementia/Alzheimer's patients due to the lack of staff to properly manage medication. Not able to manage behavioral issues . Did not properly inform us of that prior to our family member moving in which resulted in an attempt to set a ultimately removal from the residency.

Overall it is very nice there. Most of the staff is excellent but there were a few times that I was a bit concerned with quality of care. When I bring it to someone's attention it is quickly taken care of. We feel it was an excellent choice.

I think that they should look for better activities catering to men as most of the patients were males who don't care for arts/crafts. Also look for a variety of food options as there was a lot of spicy/ avocado/ etc. that elderly don't eat.

The Residence stood out to my Dad for its modern facilities and close-knit community. But what truly made it exceptional was the staff. They didn't just know my parent's names and medications; they treated them like family and provided the kind of care I would have given if I had I lived in Florida.
