Left laying in Urine, Poor care, Now bed ridden ,

So disappointed in the care my loved one received. He went from walking to bedridden in 2 1/2 weeks. We suspect he was left laying in urine for at least 12 + hours, which caused open soars from urine sitting on him for so long. We found another residents medication being used on him. We never saw him wash his hands. He was administering oral medication with ungloved hands. There was a prominent lack of house keeping. Lack of knowledge for when to hire help.

So grateful for MHAH

For the 1st time in 3 years, I don't worry about my moms well being. She is part of a family that laughs and supports each other. Most importantly, she doesn't ask, "are they nice to me, do they like me". She has no memory but she knows she is safe and loved.

Excellent Food!

Very good at preparing excellent food very involved with my dad.

The home was a wow. Very clean. Bill is very personable and seems dedicated to the people he cares for. He said he charges more because he only takes 3 people at a time.
