Connect

Add https://mcp.careopenly.com/mcp as a remote MCP server in a client that supports Streamable HTTP. No CareOpenly account is required to search public information.

  1. Explore a city: “What senior living communities are available in Seattle, Washington? Show me the options, their care types, and any published prices and reviews.”
  2. Search near a landmark: “Find memory care within 10 miles of UW Medical Center. Show any published starting prices.”
  3. Ask about one community: “What is the published starting price at Aegis Living at Ravenna? Which floor plans are listed? Tell me which care type each price applies to and when the information was checked.”
  4. Check public records: “What public licensing or inspection records are available for this community? Show the source and date.”
  5. Check a name and a claim:“I heard about a senior living community in Bellevue, Washington called Waterfront, but I may have the name wrong. Can you identify it, describe its care options, prices, floor plans, and reviews, and explain whether the available evidence supports calling it luxury? Separate the operator's claims from published facts.”
  6. Search a ZIP and category: “Find 55+ communities near ZIP 92260. Which offer rentals, which offer homes for sale, and what prices are published?”

In the Bellevue example, the published community is The Watermark at Bellevue. The connector reports the actual name and location it matched when you remember a name approximately.

What the connector returns

Search results include stable community IDs and links to full CareOpenly pages. An assistant can search near a landmark by passing its name; CareOpenly resolves the place. The default nearby radius is 15 miles. If a facility name is supplied directly, the connector chooses the strongest reliable match and shows the matched name and city. For unresolved chain names, it asks for a city or address. Compatible clients can show the results as image cards matching CareOpenly's search list. Community details distinguish published prices by care type and identify their sources and dates. A missing price, floor plan, or public record is reported as unavailable. Published prices may be old or exclude care fees, and they do not guarantee availability. Descriptions may reflect operator marketing, so labels such as “luxury” need a source-aware assessment.

To request information, open the community's CareOpenly link and submit the form there. The connector does not collect contact details or submit requests.
