CriticalDirty facility that is severly understaffed! My mother was a resident there. During her stay there, she encountered some stomach issues. They went unnoticed due to staffing issues and she ended up with sepsis - due to untreated colitis. Complete fault of the facility for letting it go.

CriticalPlease do not send any loved ones to this place . We had used this place for respite for my loved one who had dementia . The day I picked her up she has bruises all down her arms and when I sent pictures for proof , they did nothing about it . They gave her 4 types of medication which no one spoken to me about nor spoke to our hospice team that she was under. They tried to bill us for 495 refills of medication that was NOT agreed upon or spoken about . Patients are going in everyone’s rooms stealing , disturbing pa…

CriticalThe place is a [profanity removed] show if you want your loved one to suffer send them here. They treat the patients worse than any animal. They are understaffed and under-educated they are not certified. They treat everyone like they have no brain. The aids don’t understand English. And don’t know about patients' rights They don’t answer bells foods not cooked or cold can’t get any answers from any staff at all people roam the halls all hours of days or nights going in other rooms they get lost and don’t know wher…

PositiveNothing but praises for the staff caring for my father. They do all the extra things to make him feel comfortable and send me pictures when he is having a good day. The amazing Activities staff and the Maintenance Director go out of their way to speak Russian with my dad, who is from Ukraine. They have a difficult job. I am so thankful to Excelcare at Manalapan.
