★★★★★
PositiveThe tour went fantastic, beautiful facility. Jen was a wonderful, got my hopes up in what they would be able to work with my dad, evaluation showed things which Jen was informed at the initial meeting, my hopes for my dad were found out to be too much for the facility.

CriticalMost of the staff are there for the right reasons, and really do care. The issue lies with the management team that tries to micromanage from afar and ensures that nothing gets done, while the building falls apart. As of last Thursday, there was no internet in most of the building including the offices, forcing the management team actually IN the building to have to work in the far hallways and limiting what can be done. PositiveWe toured here. It's really nice. We're on a waiting list there, but they don't have any memory care rooms. The staff member was great and accommodating, it's a gorgeous place, and the dining area was very nice and clean. They have a PT/OT that comes in and does exercise classes on a regular basis.
★★★★★
PositiveThe marketing rep here goes above and beyond caring for her clients. It’s obvious at how she speaks to the residents there. She struck me as someone who takes her work home with her and gives 110%. I am not a fan of the layout. It’s too similar to a nursing home. Advantages: rooms are nice sized and they have a memory unit . My aunt lives here and states the food is is bad also so it’s a wash between the 2 places we viewed.
★★★★★
CriticalI toured here when I was trying to find a place for my wife that had memory care available. The facility itself was very nice. It came down to this place or another place. This place was a lot larger and I think that’s really what changed my mind. The value seemed decent, there wasn’t much of a difference between here and where I decided on price wise. I only talked to a few people while I was there and they seemed knowledgeable enough about what was going on.

CriticalSunnybrook is a beautiful assisted living complex. Very clean, service is very good. Workers seem to be very interested in their clients.
