We have already placed mother at Monticello. They're phenomenal. They provide meals and help with medicine, bathing, clothing, and laundry. Everything's wonderful. They're very attentive. The food is very good and homemade, and they have a kitchen staff that makes it onsite.

Overall I think they did a pretty good job. They did what they said they were going to do for my loved one. They were good about calling and following up with us if anything came up. He didn't really care for the food. It wasn't the biggest variety, but they did always have an alternative option. When we first moved in they had been using the room as a spare, and they did give it a cleaning, but they didn't have the carpets cleaned, I would have liked to see them do that. They were very good about giving him his me…

It is a brand new facility. They had an open house and everyone was just as helpful as they could be and the residents were all very happy. The staff was excellent. They served food and it was quite good. The rooms are beautiful; They are spacious and very nice. I would recommend them to my friends if they need such services.
