Depending on what floor you're on the rooms can be nice. My husband had a large room all to himself. He did get moved to a different floor and he found cockroaches in it. They had canned mixed vegetables every day, very disappointing. They also were given very small portions of food at every meal. He received good nursing care and PT. He never would have made it to any of his medical appointments if the social worker wasn't as helpful as she was. They have difficulty arranging transportation for the patie…

First of all the rooms were very dirty my mother's bed had holes in it it took them 6 months to change the mattress her phone never worked they have one housekeeper for the whole first floor she never cleaned the bathroom or put bags in the garbage cans I would have to come in and clean her room daily. I was very pleased with the services provided for my loved one at this facility, administrator, and the medical team they’re really go out of their way for the residence above and beyond, they have a beautiful state of the art rehabilitation room, where residents can take part I’m getting the right we have a need so they can go home. Not very helpful about rehab don’t check on patients regularly give that medication and don’t follow up with her if they need any of them or not don’t clean regularly the food is worse than jail food and any number that you call in there from administration down does not answer their phone and doesn’t return your phone calls
