Remodeled, cleaned constantly. Staff is very attentive and respectful. The recreation department is outstanding; we are always celebrating events or engaging in activities. They really go out of there way to keep us smiling and connected. The food is very good and the chef is great at changing the menu up a bit so our palates don’t become bored. You’ll never go hungry here. The administration is always a presence and ensuring on an individual basis people needs are addressed

I went visit a friend family at this place and I really really feel bad. The patient was very thirsty and have no water, I didn't find any staff member when I try to get water, besides that I think they don't give the appropriate shower to the patient because the smell was horrible. The room is duty and messy. I felt that the place doesn't care about the patients. I know many of the patients can not afford private care but still if Medicaid or any other payer is paying this facility at the least they…

If you care for your loved one, don't send them here. Dirty and deplorable conditions. Fecal matter on and around toilet handle for 2 days. Dust webs hanging from the ceiling tiles and in the wall air conditioning unit. Extremely understaffed, especially during the overnight hours. Patients wait up to an hour to be taken to the bathroom to relieve themselves. If the patient complains, they are told to wet the bed or wear a diaper. I was at The Chateau At Rochelle Park for rehab for about three weeks. The place was nice, but it was a little institutional-looking. I had a private room, which was nice. The bathroom was very nice. The only problem I had was with the mattress, which was very hard. I was having a bad back issue with that. They did give me an air-mattress; they were very accommodating.
