Alaris Health at West Orange looked immaculate. I love it. It's very clean. I loved the way they interacted with the clients when I was there. They don't just sit around. They're doing therapy because I went to the therapist's room as well. They have a garden out there on the balcony, and the patients tend to the garden. We found a place for my mom, Alaris Health at West Orange. It came on a recommendation; a friend's mom has been there for about four years now. When she went in there she had to be quarantined for 14 days. They call me all the time, and I call them, so there's never a problem getting any updates. That's where we are right now. My brother was here years ago and now I came here for rehab. The care here is excellent and has not changed since a couple of years ago. The nurses are very caring and makes sure that I get my pills on time everyday. The aides are very nice and helpful, a few non-regulars I didn't care for, but overall, help was wonderful. I would not recommend this facility to no one! They are very abusive physically and emotionally. My Mom was there in August of 2012 and died November 2012. She entered the facility with a broke hip for rehabilitation. The doctors in the rehabilitation are showed no compassion or patience and gave up on her so quick. The CNA's were mean!
