Making improvement

If I would have answered this survey [date removed] ago, most of my responses would have been a 1 but there was change of some administration and care for my mom has greatly improved. Today, yes we would recommend them to other families.

Would definitely recommend and great communication!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. All staff are great at staying connected and communicating with residents family. Like most facilities they do have some staffing shortage issues but I still feel like it is quality care. I would definitely recommend this facility - We have had my father in law in 5 different long term care/assisted living facilities and we have had the best experience at All Saints.

We have been residents at All Saints Senior Living for a year now. It is very good, and we are very pleased. They have two bedrooms and one bedroom. They offer three meals a day. They have a courtyard, a library, a beauty salon, and a chapel. They play bingo, and they have a coordinator that helps people with the cards and all kinds of things. The staff members have been very good. The facility is pretty new.

We brought our Mother and Father there March 1st,2014,,We were bracing ourselves for it was a big decision for all of us.But after a week or so they just loved it.They were at home again and the way they wanted it to be.There were some adjustments to be made,but we worked through that by working them out between all of us.Dad always treated him like a King and he enjoyed that if you knew him.Now we have Mom there and they treat her like a Queen.They take very good care of her and we know she is in a safe place..Wou…

When deciding to move our loved ones into All Saints, it was never a doubt that with a new building there would be growing pains. Together, the staff and the tenants have molded the foundation of what a true senior community should look like, and have invested their ideas and care into the success of this community. So far, it's been just fine. They have done a good job, he seems to have settled down, and he is getting good care. He seems to be pretty happy there. They have a walking club, and there is a woman who comes in and does art projects with them. He is in memory care, and every one there has their own apartment, but they have a very large common area and an outdoor area that is secured. And then, they have two other living room type places.
