My grandmother has trouble eating and getting around. When she first moved to Allen Oaks, some of the shifts seemed unaware that she had trouble eating. There was a sign posted in her room about this, but signs don't always get read. I informed the nurse on duty about this and they corrected this problem immediately. From my interactions with the staff, they all seem very polite and my grandmother doesn't complain. The facility is kept clean, neat, and well staffed. My only real complaint that can't …
