CriticalThe management is horrible. Big corporation at its Worst! Understaffed, unsupported hell hole. With the COVID as an excuse to hide their terrible mismanagement and lack of staff and to keep everyone else out and no one is holding them accountable. My loved one just died alone and miserable in this place. They do not answer the phones and if they do finally answer, put you in hold forever with a recording that is so insensitive and uncaring it’s incredible. The few people they do have working there are hard working,…

PositiveSo far, we are happy with the facility. The speech therapist has been helpful. The nurses are great! It is really clean! He has a certain meal plan he is not enjoying so far. The communication has been wonderful!
★★★★★
PositiveFrom talking to my husband the care has been excellent and the treatments timely. The food is good. The nurses are good and knowledgeable about what they are doing. This facility is different from where he came from and very good. He likes the food and is eating in his room because of his condition.
★★★★★
PositiveThey were really, really nice. I was very pleased with my care there. I was very impressed with the care that I got there. They were all very kind and friendly, they were very patient with me. I thought that the meals were pretty good.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have good physical therapy and occupational therapy. Sometimes the nurses are pretty prompt and sometimes they take forever like some places. Due to the diet that my loved one is on, they don't care for the meals.
★★★★★
CriticalThe therapists are excellent and some of the nurses are good. The communication has improved since my loved one has been there. I think that they could do more cleaning. I also think that the nurses are understaffed. The food that is served is cafeteria food and isn't good. My loved one doesn't eat it half the time.
