Medical staff weren’t very friendly and sometimes came off as rude. Medicine also wasn’t always given on time, which was frustrating and made things feel a bit unorganized. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the level of care or attention you’d expect.

I'd say between a 4 and 5. What we like the most about the community is the beautiful atmosphere, solid management and attentive staff, and fun activities. Our loved one in [date removed], so it has been awhile, but based on the experience we would definitely recommend the community to others.

I have found the staff to be warm and loving and dedicated to making us all as comfortable as they can. The food is usually very good and you have a choice to eat what is on the menu for today or order off the menu. It is very clean here. There are lots of activities to get involved in if you choose! The key to being content is coming with the right attitude.

Beautiful Ski Lodge like living. Veterans are honored and appreciated weekly. Open bar free drinks Thursdays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Issues do occur as they do everywhere but are handled quickly and professionally. The dining area is restaurant style service with an all the time open menu and an ever-changing daily menu. The sales managers will say and do anything to get you to pay the [fee removed] entry fee and move your loved one to their care.
