There has been a lot of turnover of staff, as a result they are often understaffed which affects the quality of care. The food is often not warm when served and sometimes overcooked making to hard for geriatric residents to chew properly. The activities are often not available to residents who have mobility difficulties. I constantly have to meet with the director and nursing manager concerning my father's instruction for care being overlooked by the staff. I have had to hire a caregiver to be there with my fath…

They are understaffed, mainly at night. The quality of care is average, due to the understaffing. The meals are average, about half of them are not warm and too tough to eat, especially for geriatric residents. The activities are difficult for most of the residents to participate in if they are disabled.
