The staff have been great with my loved one and resolving issues that came up. I do feel that the overall price is a lot and I don't like the cleaning fee that has to be retained for when he is no longer a resident.

The staff was really good. Apartment size was really good. Cleaning and smell was bad but I believe they did the best that they could. My biggest complaint was the accounting. Billing was always an issue and responding was also an issue.

They are very nice. There are a lot of young people working there. They're very caring for her because she's blind too, so she needs a lot of help.
