My brother was a resident/patient there for 3 plus years, completely bedridden. He was 100% dependent on the staff caring for him. I don’t believe Anaheim Terrace has ever had to deal with a patient worse then him. Yet, thy tolerated this man in the most professional way possible. The Nurses and CNA’s are fantastic as is the administrative staff. I only wish I could go in there (still dealing with COVID) and first apologize for his bad behavior, and then to thank each one of them for putting up with him, and treati…

Only 2 out of 20 staff (that I met and care for my husband) knows what they’re doing, helpful and caring are Maribel and Elena. These two ladies are excellent CNA. The Nurses do their job, which is giving meds... no above and beyond. The nurse, Mitzi who’s in charge of my husband’s sitter schedule is off for the weekend. Nobody knows what’s going on. My mother was at Anaheim Terrace Care Center, which had a good appearance. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I looked at other places, but Anaheim Terrace Care Center is the only place that I could afford. It was the only place that took her after she struck a nurse for trying to give her a bath and the only one that would take my mom from the hospital.
