CriticalThis place is horrific. Do not send your loved ones there. My mom was there for two weeks. She came for rehab after she was weakened by the flu to get her strength back. She was left unattended most of the day except the hour she went to physical therapy. I went and visited her and noticed that most people just sat like vegetables all day. A week in, my mom fell. Nobody called me to tell me for hours and then it took over 60 hours to get her an xray. She had a broken pelvis and deteriorated rapidly after that. She …

CriticalStaff were unresponsive, kept sending me to someone else, who sent me back, ignored me and continued to say they could not do anything "until Monday" Food was inedible. Facility toilet was similar to an abandoned service station. I checked my Mother out AMA (which was a legal mistake, but that is how desperate I was to get her out of the facility)

CriticalMom is at Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing. I don't have much of a good thing to say. Some of the nurses were good, but they were very slow, especially at paperwork. Communication is not great. Their food is awful-looking. I've been making Mom some meals and taking them on Wednesdays and Sundays when I go in. My sister and my brother have taken her some food, too. There's no way I would touch it. Every time they brought the food, it was always cold, and there would be no drinks, no milk, …

PositiveI was Admitted to this facility strictly as a short time resident for therapy. As I entered the facility, I could tell it has been in this community for numerous years and was now under construction. As I entered on a Saturday afternoon, my therapy began on Sunday morning. The therapy that I received was grade "A" and the therapist were extremely personable and one-on-one with each resident. My medication was given as prescribed and usually right on time or within the general timeframe. The nurses, care t…

PositiveI can only speak for myself. I will start by expressing my thanks to the staff and Physical therapist that were kind and understanding during my difficult time after heart surgery. I was a difficult patient at first but they stuck with me. My rooms were clean. Staff like I said was great. I was there March/April 2021.

CriticalThe place is old and dirty, the food is terrible. Most of the staff is caring, haven't encountered anyone who wasn't. The smell is worst than the filth. You can tell this place is old was not well cared for! Seems like the owners are more concerned with the income than the outcome. If you have someone in there you need to make sure they are cared for! Highly not recommended! Run don't walk to somewhere else.
