My experience at Anniston Health and Rehab Services was good. I enjoyed my stay there. It's just that the food was terrible. If they're going to serve something hot, they need to serve it hot, not ice cold. If they're going to serve meat, they do not need to dry it out to the point where you can't even cut it with a knife. It hurt my teeth. They need to rehire some people there that would do the job better. The other staff there were energetic and very, very kind. They would answer the call with…

CriticalMy mom is in the rehab part. They tell her stuff that's going on that she don't need to worry about. They should talk to her kids about that. She will call crying and I get to tell her it's going to be alright. They have told her more than once her insurance is not going to pay. She don't need to hear that. And some of the staff are downright mean. Not all but one in particular is downright hateful.
