CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
When we try to call and talk with a dear friend who resides there we are given the runaround and hung up on multiple times. He has a hearing aid and instead of making sure it is working properly they tell us just not to call because he cannot hear. That is completely unacceptable. He has also had many things stolen from him in this facility. I do not recommend. The staff may be overwhelmed but it is no excuse to treat family and friends who want to connect and stay in the resident's life poorly. They need some…

I performed my LPN clinical rotation at this facility several years ago. Since then I have had grandparent and multiple patients in Antlers Manor. The staff are not helpful, courteous, or nice. They act like they are there for a paycheck only and not the residents. I even felt like some of the residents were mistreated.
