My mom was brought to Arbor Care Center - Valhaven. It was awesome. It was very clean. The people were very nice. It was unbelievably great. Usually, those places have a smell like a hospital or something, but Arbor Care Center didn't have any smell whatsoever. I would highly recommend this facility to people if they need to go to one. When we visited Arbor Care Center-Valhaven, we liked it. When they had availability, we moved my dad in. It is clean and the staff are friendly. We could tell that housekeeping takes good care of the place. We saw them working and we liked how they did things. There was no odor in the facility. The director is energetic and seems to care about us and our dad. The social worker is very helpful and very knowledgeable. The nurses seem to be doing their job well.
