The room was just refurbished and was perfect for Dad. There was an issue with the climate control that the team addressed. Everyone was great as Dad moved in, coming in to introduce themselves and make him feel welcome. That was nice. I’m not sure about the food but Dad is not complaining about it so I assume all is well.

My mother fought leaving her home for years. We finally had no options. I had heard many great things about Arbor Grove. I toured a few. There was no question Arbor Grove was the place for her! I loved that residents and staff were always out and socializing together! The rooms are lovely and the place is not only professionally run but feels like a real community! The rooms are kept clean. They have good cleaning people. The food isn’t bad, but my mother is a picky eater. She does compliment that they try to remember everybody’s food preferences. The cleaning lady she said is excellent. Communication is good with the staff , if there’s any issues with my mother, they get a hold of me.
