CriticalIf you care about your loved one...I wouldn't bring them here! They neglect their patient's needs. Waiting 6 hours for a cup of water is reprehensible. Leaving someone in the shower shaking is just plain not caring! Being understaffed is not an EXCUSE for treating patient's poorly!

PositiveMy mom was transferred to Arbor Hills after mistreatment at another facility. I am profoundly grateful for the loving care given not only to my mom, but to my dad and rest of my family. From reception to transportation to nursing/cna/physican/PT care they are first class healthcare providers. I witnessed multiple acts of pure kindness directed to other patients and their families. Special people like: Charlene, Ken, Marisol, Diane, Dr Wang, Pat, Iris, Berlinda, Wendy, Cosette (and more!) will always have a special …

PositiveI was a recent guest at Arbor Hills and I feel grateful to the staff and the occupational therapy crew, Palo, Jun, Cynthia, and Veronica, who's encouragement and patience helped me immensely. The food was appetizing. They accommodated my vegetarian diet without any problems. The night staff nurses were kind and thoughtful. I have no complaints and nothing but praise for this facility.

CriticalMy mother was at Arbor Hills nursing and rehabilitation. The staff did their best and they were nice. She got COVID while she was in there though, so that wasn't good. They need to update the facility. It seemed kind of worn down. They were friendly. She was there for about three weeks, but for the last part of her stay, she was in quarantine for 10 days, so I could not go visit her. I don't even really know the level of care she got while they quarantine them or physical therapy or anything. She didn&apo…

PositiveMy Mother has dementia and was at the Arbor Hill La Mesa facility for hip rehabilitation. They treated her like she was family. I felt the care she received was outstanding. I would visit her 2 times a week and the staff was very personable. My brothers and I feel very fortunate that our Mom was at Arbor Hill and I would send anyone of my family members there. In fact I have already referred friend to go there. In my eyes they are the best.

CriticalMy father is in Arbor Hills Nursing Center. They're adequate. I wouldn't say that they were the best though. They have a lot of flaws. One is that they have a financial office for insurance for all of their patients, but yet I had to do all the legwork to get his billing, insurance, and everything straightened out (which I'm still going through after a year of him being in there). I wouldn't recommend anybody going to that place ever. I like the fact that my father can afford it for right now, t…
