We liked Arbor Manor Senior Cottage Apartments. I like everything about it. It was in the price range. It wasn't like a large apartment building. The tenants had individual cottages. They had little patios at the back. There were a couple of chairs and a little table out there. The place was nice and very clean. It looked recently repainted. good safe place to live

Everybody is really friendly and the community is very beautiful. The cottages are small and the community is gated. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The pictures for these senior apartments are deceiving

My mom lived in these apartments for 10 years. I was the one that was providing activities and meals for the seniors. The whole time my mom lived there, there was a mold problem in her bathroom. In 5 years, they replace the bathroom floor 3 times. In early, 2018 the mold under the floor got worse. Mom started having breathing problems. Arbor Manor Senior Cottage Homes is a very good, clean, and gated place. Save Mart is right over the fence and WalMart is about two blocks away. Everything is very convenient for me. The staff is really good. They don't have a dining area because you're on your own, but they have people who can come in if you need help. They do a lot of get-togethers and dinners.

Very Nice and Quiet

It is a little expensive, but additional support services are available, which is nice. They have people go in once a month to help clean, and they monitor the residents to make sure they are OK. The also help to coordinate doctors visits. They have group activities and get togethers. I think it is very quiet, which is a good fit personality wise for my mother. It's very clean, and overall very good. I am very pleased.

These cottages are only 1 bedroom. Not what we are looking for. Very nice places but just not big enough.
