CriticalThe facility itself is beautiful. The marketing person we met with was not completely transparent with all of the requirements for her facility. It doesn’t matter who your insurance is with for medications, you have no choice but to use the pharmacy they say you have to. And you can always only purchase a 30 day supply at a time. My Mom and I were not told this until after she was moving in. We were told that we had to send all of her prescriptions to their pharmacy to be repackaged in some kind of cassette. By onl…

Arbor Terrace is a great place for your loved one to reside. My husband has dementia and after I could no longer take care of him, my daughters researched and visited a lot of places in the area before choosing Arbor Terrace. I moved from Miami with him and have not regretted my choice

The activity coordinators make a lot of effort to get everyone involved and take suggestions from residents on what they would like to do.
