PositiveAfter touring several places, I’m excited that my aunt will soon become part of the Atria family. The tour, the number of activities, the levels of care, and the overall beauty of the place left me feeling like I could be happy living at Atria one day.

PositiveMom was very happy with the food and dining service but now she states the food has become horrible especially on the weekends. An example would be tacos for lunch and pizza for dinner. It would also take her 40 minutes from the time she ordered her food to go to actually receiving it. She wants it done like she would clean her house but that isn’t feasible. She does love Bingo!
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was very clean and the model rooms were well designed and felt homey. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The residents that we both met and saw appeared genuinely happy.

My concern was never how the injury happened, it was the lack of assessm…

PositiveThe experience was awesome until we went to tour the villa. They need to upgrade the villas to include stainless steel appliances and much better countertops. Also new tile in the kitchen. They were very dated and aged. The residents were extremely welcoming.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful and caring and will do anything they can to accommodate your particular needs. They go out of their way to be helpful and make residents feel comfortable and supported.
