PositiveThe trip was just what I needed to see and the explanations were right on. I would like to pursue. The property is clean. The rooms are good size. The food looks excellent and I did have a chat with a manager of the food production. Pardon for me not commenting sooner. There is a problem with “power of attorney “ that is nonsense.

On the positive side, the director of sales and the nurses were relatively very good. The AIDS would definitely get a negative rating from me. My dad needs a significant amount of Care and it appeared that they really didn't want to help him and when he would ring for an aid, it would take them a very long time to get to him several times I had to call the desk myself and ask to have somebody go to his room.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and everything has been good . As people get older they do complain but as the family member I have been pleased with the care and as time passes my cousin has become more involved and taking advantage of all the things that are available.
