PositiveOur tour guide/sales representative was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the seeming bond between colleagues and care givers throughout the facility and the manner with which they treated residents. The building itself was very clean and quite well-appointed, and the mature trees off the main patio and along the walking path were lovely. I would definitely recommend Arbor Terrance to anyone looking for personal care in the Newtown Square area.
