We liked The Arbors at Milford. It was clean. It has good people and good food. My father loves the food. The staff is very helpful. They will try in a swiftly manner to get what you want. They have a library and a gym. They do dialysis there. They have assisted living there, too, but he can't do assisted living. They keep it very well. They need to get a new carpet because they've cleaned it so much that it's kind of faded in places. Other than that, they are always painting and fixing whatever need…

I was at Arbors for a week for rehab a few days ago…if i didn’t have a cat, as I told Admission person, I’d move right in to one of their assisted living rooms…food good, staff, at times, great but all staff, housekeeping to management friendly, caring and helpful. I had a room to myself, which was fantastic. My view out my window was of trees and bushes and I got to see all kinds of birds and butterflies, as there is a nature center nearby. My favorite person was admission woman who was quick to answer my question…

I am a resident here now 1-4-2016 been here since June of last yr this is the worst place if ever been .If you love your family member don't bring them here ya they give a nice tour an everything is great but its not I was stuck in the bathroom last night I pulled the string for an aid to come no one did I had to wake my roommate at 3:30am to go an find an aid cause I can not use my left leg finally got help after about thirty mins ,the point is I could have fallen, had a hart attack ,an no response I have not…

PositiveI am a friend or relative of resident
My 100 year old mother has been here 6 months. It isn't fancy but what it is a place with loving, caring nurses and aides who have made my mom happy. Though she has very limited eyesight, she rolls her wheelchair through the halls and tells me that everyone passing her touches her shoulder or hand and greets her by name. They make her feel at home and cared about and that is why I am giving it 5 stars. I have personally witnessed their kindness to her and that means the world to me.
