I toured Arbrook Plaza. I thought it was a very good tour. They didn't have any rooms vacant that we could go into. The room section is more set up like a clinical; it looks more like a hospital. They have to be shared, too. The staff members were good. They were very informative. They offered to help my mother with her Medicaid status. Their facility is divided into four corners. In the center, they have the nursing station, and each nurse is facing the hall that she's over, and they have a monitor where…

To begin I was not allowed to tour the facility when I requested. I was told that they hadn't lifted the COVID restrictions. If I had toured this facility, I would NOT have permitted my partner to be transferred there. First, this facility is old and dingy. It definitely needs remodeling. The rooms are dark and depressing. When my partner arrived, his room hadn't been cleaned, as there was tons of visible dirt in the closet, on the floor. Medical equipment, like the machine that provided oxygen sounded ou…
