PositiveVery nice home. Very clean and smell wonderful. Bright and cheery. Very nice staff working. Only one lady residence there at the time we visited. House was already decorated for Christmas. Very cheery!! We loved the place.

CriticalSeemed very non social. Two aide were there that barely spoke any English. Olivia never showed up. House just end seemed cold, couldn't see mom living there.
