Exceptional place

Arden Courts of Palos Heights is an exceptional place for patients that have memory issues. I visited many facilities before choosing Arden Courts because the other facilities combine: Senior Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. I noticed that Memory Care patients did not receive the individual attention compared to the other two categories of occupants. Great place

We needed to move my mother in law here fairly quickly from a different state. [name removed] was so helpful as we worked through everything and made sure move in would go as well as it could. Everyone we met so far have been so kind and helpful, from the front desk to activities coordinator to medical staff. It's only been a few weeks so far, but we feel confident that she is receiving the care she needs during this time.

We are very grateful for the care and compassion our mother has received here. The staff are kind, patient, and attentive, and we feel confident knowing she is safe and well cared for. Very comforting

The staff is wonderful on the first day they recognized who family was and called us by name. Staff is caring and wonderful to deal with. All requests we have made have been handled in a timely and Passionate manner. The only issue I’ve had with the facility is parking.

My mom is in a shared room, and the room and overall community are clean and well maintained. She doesn’t participate in many activities, so I can’t speak much to that aspect. The food is somewhat bland, although I understand that may be necessary for dietary and care reasons. Overall, it is a nice place and I feel my mom is in a good environment.
