She was in another facility and fell 3 times in 5 days. At Arden someone always seemed to know where she was. I was there every morning and each person I talked to could tell me about her previous day after I left.

Yes. The care givers are very friendly and helpful both to my mom and our family. The nursing staff and maintenance are very responsive. Mom fell out of bed once her first week there. They immediately installed mats by her bed and protective coverings for the edges of her nightstand. Additionally, one of the reasons we needed a facility for her was due to her severe Sundowning behavior. The night staff has adjusted her routine to help keep her safe. It is a 5. They are very caring & respectful to the patient and also to the families of the patients. I would highly recommend them for the person with memory care. They are very caring and respectful of the patient. The activities get the patient to interact. They just don't let them in their room all day. They have them walking around as they can handle. Arden Courts, as I ended that last conversation, I would not put my dog there. I was very disappointed with them when I first was interviewed by them and was listening to their their views on why we should bring [Name Removed] there and it was OK of course when we first got there, but as time went on, it was awful.
