Outstanding facility!

The owner and operator [name removed], took in my Brother-in-law [name removed], a totally disabled Gulf War Vet getting cancer treatment who needed temporary housing while moving from the VA and rehab in San Antonio to MD Anderson and assisted living in Houston. She not only took marvelous care of [name removed], but aided my husband and I in the extensive process of making the move through the complex path. The room was too far from all of the amenities offered in the community. What was offered per the cost and the care needed just did not match up. The tour was good but the community just did not git the needs of my loved one.

Worst experience

New management took over and it was a nightmare. Please do not send your loved ones here. I wish I took my mother out of here in time. All the good staff is gone. The Manager who took over is disappointing.

Utter disaster

My mother lived here for four years. In April a new owner took over. He promised that things would stay the same. Within two weeks most of the great staff had left. He then refused to allow my mothers hospice nurse access and did the same to her replacement the next week. I moved my mother after finding her in bed during the day on 3 separate occasions in a wet diaper. He withheld her medication refill for nearly a week while he prepared a bill for the 30 days after she left. Stay away from Arden Park
