my father was admitted to this facility on the 1st floor to receive physical therapy and help him walk again on 10/17/25. The 1st day he was there, he fell - that night me and mom witnessed another resident fall right in front us do to neglect. After the first fall and us reporting the other gentleman falling while staff passed by him, my dad was supposed to be on 24 hr watch but again he fell. He has low platelets in his blood which cause him to bleed out and bruise easy so falling is a huge risk. after that, seve…

Hello This facility has excellent Indian programs. They celebrate all festivals and engage the residents in it. My mom is here for 3 years now . She cannot use her left hand due to arthritis so struggles a lot many times. She has a portal from which she can call me hands free when possible. Anytime I need someone tohelp with her , I inform Mudrika and many others like Megha , Reena who help pass on messages or help out when needed. They are quick to respond and are caring. I toured the Aristacare At Cedar Oaks for my parents, and the facility was very good. It looks more like a hotel, not a nursing home or a hospital. The person who toured me was very good. She explained everything to me and answered when I had questions. The staff didn't show any attitude or had any bad comments. They also told me they had vegetarian options on their menu and I was happy with that.

I wish Zero stars was an option. It should be criminal to call this place a care facility. The staff is some of the absolute WORST around! Completely inept and constantly lying about patient health. Neglecting patients and leaving them to sit in there own excrement for HOURS on end causing Stage 4 pressure ulcers. Really just despicable staffing. Our mother was NEVER the same after leaving AristaCare to "recover" from a broken femur. She also never walked again and is completely bed ridden at another INCR…

The care at this facility is horrible. They leave patients sitting in their urine and feces for hours. There is such a lack of care for patients there. If you have a concern it’s takes hours to days for it to be addressed. By far one of the worst nursing homes/sub acute facilities I have ever been to.
