The facility is very dated. The air conditioner was not working when my brother was a resident there. It was super hot in his room. The heat was unbearable. After almost three weeks of a broken air conditioner, he was finally moved, the room was worse. One day during a downpour, rain was all over the floor. We moved my brother. The heat and dog days of summer was too much!
