I couldn't say more about the kindness, professionalism, and caring of the staff! My dad has been there only about a week, but I can't believe how friendly and caring everyone is. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. I have dealt with Lynn, Louise and Serna so far, and it has just been a pleasure! They make it so easy at such a tough time.

Where can I begin, should I start with my Dad lying in a pool of urine when I arrived? Or should I begin with the fact that my Dad's room was ice cold because there was a gaping hole in the wall where there was an A/c unit. I won't focus on the horrible disgusting food they gave him. Or the fact that there were tons of residents arguing with staff, threatening to call the police, because they weren't fed or treated right. My loved one likes it a lot better than the other places she has been at. She seems happy with the therapy. They were helpful at very nice. The women at the front desk was very pleasant. It looked pretty clean. Everything was very good, a top-notch place.

I think it is great. The staff and the administrative social service people are all helpful with my asking questions regarding his care. From what I saw it is great. Everyone was very friendly as I walked through the hallway and they acknowledged me. It appeared to be clean and there were some renovations going on. That was kept at a minimum with being inconvenienced.
