PositiveThe staff was very good. The only issue we had was a misunderstanding in terms of what otc treatments were not permitted. Such as cbd gummies that are purchased at Walmart.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom loves it there. They have only been welcoming caring and their top priority is giving my mom a great place to live. We are all extremely happy with our decision to place her there
★★★★★
PositiveI like this community because it is smaller and there are not as many residents as there are in other communities. I feel like having a smaller community is beneficial to the residents that are here. They have activities here like ping pong, bingo, movies and popcorn and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They even have a manicure day where they paint their fingernails for them.

PositiveWe placed our mom here after the loss of her husband/our dad, during a difficult behavioral phase of her dementia. The entire staff and their professional program continues to provide a very nice, safe and clean home environment for her. They are sincere and consistent in any communication needed with families, and I was very impressed with the variety of daily in-house and outing activities offered to the residents. I live quite far away from mom, and knowing she's living here is a huge reassurance.

PositiveFrom my perspective, as the eldest son from out of State. I would have liked to see more in the way of orientation in the first few days. He was confused and lost. If my sister and I had not been there to guide him, I think the transition would have been less satisfactory. I know you are short staffed on week-ends, but ... I am happy with the care and facility now that he is settled in. He seems happy and contented. I appreciate the regular staff visits to oversee medication and that he is ok. Thank you.
