I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The person I'm taking care of stayed at Ashley Manor and the place was OK. It was clean, homey, and comfortable. The staff was good. They had very poor activities with very low stimulation for poeple who still have decent functioning.

I visited this facility

Ashley Manor Care Centers is superb. I would have my mom live there in seconds because of their attitude in their small, little home. It was perfect for what she is dealing with. I was so impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the people there. All dementia people seemed to be happy. It was such a neat place. Aileen, the director of the facility, was extremely helpful. I want to give her kudos too. I was impressed with Aileen, Michelle, with the facility, the attitude. to keep the cost down they do not have as many care givers

At Ashley Manor I have realized to keep the cost down they do not have as many care givers as needed. There are a maximum of 2 staff members per 15 residents. These same staff members do everything, the cooking, cleaning, the care, etc. I will say the staff is really friendly. I am moderately satisfied with this facility. I would consider some place else that has a little more one on one care though.
