We placed my husband in Ashley Manor - Rimrock Facility. It was a nightmare.He wound up in the emergency room and I brought him home after. I will not take him back there. They oversold their facility, they misled us in so many ways, and I think that's deplorable. The facility itself was nice, the people were nice, but they just did not do what they said they would do. They had bedrooms for everybody, some double rooms, and some single rooms. Each room had a toilet and a sink. They have community showers. The …

Ashley Manor is no place to put a loved one. We put my father in law in there and In three weeks Don went from a healthy man to near death due to the incompetence and drugs Ashley administered during his stay. He was transported to the hospital 4 times in less than two weeks and almost died. We got him out of there at the suggestion of an independent doctor. In my view this facility is not qualified to to handle patients with mental disabilities. Nutrition is not a concern of theirs unless you think cool aid and co…

Ashley Manor - Rimrock appears clean and well organized. It's a little small, but that's what they were looking for for my stepmom, so that's what we chose. The service has been fine. We do have one issue that's going on, but they are trying to address that for us. I've seen the residents do coloring sheets. Some of the residents enjoy it and some of them don't.

Ashley Manor has my recommendation!!!!

My husband is very happy at Ashley Manor. The food is good and prepared from scratch daily. He participates in daily activities, goes out into the courtyard and can have his dog there. The community is small and very well taken care of. The staff take wonderful care of him. It is about the care at this community not about the money.
