One thing I like about Stonehill Communities-Assisi Village is they have assisted living. And when they're in assisted living and they get to a point that they think they need memory care, then they would just transition them into the memory care part of the facility. They had studio apartments, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. They didn't have any double occupancy, it was all one occupancy rooms, even in the memory care part of it. It was all private rooms.
