Florence , the owner of Asurecare Board n’Care is not only caring but knowledgeable about what kind of care each one of her residents needs. Florence has a very warm staff ready to assist residents in any area needed for optimal care for each person in her facility. She demonstrates that getting to know each resident is important in stabilizing each person . In my husband’s case, she’s improving his independence as much as possible .

This facility does not turn on air or heat for residents to maintain their comfort. One day it was 85-87 degrees inside. Told residents air conditioning “was broken” which it was not. Feed elderly residents frozen 89 cent meals they heat up in container or other frozen chicken. Poor quality diet. Raw eggs left un-refrigerated in cabinet for many hours.
