The overall experience was very disappointing. Everything seemed to go downhill after a staff member left. Garbage was often full, laundry was rarely done, the wrong items were returned, and the community frequently smelled like urine. There were only a couple of staff members we found to be friendly. The quality of care was a major concern. My mother-in-law entered the facility walking independently and later became bedridden. Administrative staff was rarely available to speak with, and there was some turnover. …

I rated administrative staff low because whenever we need help, be can't find anyone, especially after hours. There's no one to contact. Apartment size is good, cleanliness overall is good. The various sitting areas are so full of light. Yes, I would recommend this community to others

The facility is clean and modern. The staff is amazing as it pertains to memory care. They have ample personnel on site at all hours to ensure and resident needs are met and communicate well with the family of the residence. The employees are all engaged and it is evident they truly love what they do and they enjoy working for Astral.

The facility has experienced a high turnover rate relying heavily on temps. Not a good situation. Food is fair to poor and always the same rotation of food. I wish there was better for her, but I'm afraid there all the same. I'd sure how much longer will be able to stay in assisted living. Needless to say it, but she would hate in everywhere. But with the staff always changing and not knowing what to do drastically decreases quality of life.

Had an issue with our contract and it was rectified very quickly. The staff in memory care is wonderful and very attentive. The room size is great, bathroom is very large. They offer many activities and in memory care they make sure the residents are attending them. The only improvement I would say is that their administration staff could communicate a bit better with each other
