The administrative staff are very easy to work with. They will literally pause their day to address concerns. It is a place of partnership with family and caregivers. I encourage identifying a problem as soon as you can to them in order for an easier solution. They know ALL the residents by sight and name, as well as their individual backgrounds and interests. My mom has moved into At Home Senior Living of Thomson. It is wonderful. The director is a nurse, and she seems to be very hands-on. It is a little bit smaller community, but there are lots of activities going on. It has a higher ratio of caregivers to residents. The meals seem to be all home-cooked. I really would advise them to speak directly with each. The best part of this facility is that the staff are completely interactive with the residents. They are all well acquainted with each and every one of them. They help as much as they can with anything that may happen.

Immediately felt more like a home walking through front door. No smell. All staff friendly to us and to each other! Activities were happening with participation and Memory Care residents encouraged to join if appropriate. Lunch looked like home cooked! Absolutely love At Home Senior Living of Thomson, GA. It's the "Goldilocks" of assisted living and memory care. The staff are amazing. No condescension, treating everyone with respect and dignity. Contacts are always answered promptly, and assistance in all facets of care are covered.
