CriticalI would say if there is any other option for you, you should take. My wife was sent there after a hospital stay for spinal surgery. It seems the nurse are hard to get to come when you call they. I wish we had taken more precautions when she was at the hospital. I am not a fan of Atlantic Shores.

Rooms could use a upgrade Staff are friendly, once you get to know them If your a patient in your room and have to press the help button, good luck the average wait time is 26-55 minutes, hope it's nothing serious

Food is really bad. Response to help button is usually 25 - 30 minutes or more. Staff is about 50/50 on being niceor grumpy. PT is great. Nothing ever gets done on time.

The physical therapists are excellent. Yet the response time to the call button is terrible. The food isn’t good and the meals are not nutritionally balanced. Tonight I had 2 baked potatoes and cabbage. I’ve waited hours for medication.

I want to take the time to give thanks and praise to housekeeping. They work very hard every day and rarely get a thank you. I have been a resident here since May 2nd, 2025 and one housekeeper in particular has been a true blessing. Her name is: Judith. She does a wonderful job. She always has a smile and she brightens my day. I wish everyone here would have her joy and her commitment to helping the residents here. Thank you Judy, I pray God blesses and prospers your life. The rooms aren't bad. Two persons per room. All the nurse's and cna are really great too. The only thing i found was the food, some of it was good and some not so good.
