Category 5, Staff ~ I give a 4 because there's been a few times when I've called and left messages and no one calls me back and I have to call again. And that was only in the beginning when he first moved in I was making sure his long-term care coverage was being handled. But that's all worked out! Categories 6-7 , Meals and Activities ~I cannot rate because I've never have had their food or participated in any activities. My dad says the food is OK there, but he complains that the daily menu often times they run …

PositiveWhen it comes to finding a Place For your loved one, Atria is a great place
Quality of care -(they are a social model, not medical and so if you need PRN meds, regular blood pressure checks etc, they don't do that). The staff was very helpful in meeting with us and having open and transparent conversations about the facility and all it offers and it's limitations (like being a social model) We got a nice single for her (they also have shared bathroom with 2 individual rooms) Her single is large enough for her bed, dresser, arm chair and side tables with a closet and a large clean bathroom…

Our overall experience with Atria, I would definitely give it a five! Every person on the staff that we have come across, have been so welcoming. I can't speak to what the food and dining is like because I have never eaten there but my dad says the food is very good! His apartment is a nice size with a big spacious kitchen. He has plenty of storage! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a senior living place for a family member to visit Atria first.
