PositiveExperience with Atria Tinton Falls
It's 5 stars for me as the responsible family member. The place is spotless. The staff is incredibly observant and calls me whenever they have any suspicion that my mom is having any kind of difficulty, either physically or mentally. Mom likes the food reasonably well, the soups in particular. She wishes the veggies were better. I would recommend Atria in a heartbeat. I'm so grateful for the place and the care they provide.

First, the sales pitch... We were told she would have an ambassador for the first couple of weeks. Who came to get her out and introduce her around. Turns out, that was just a couple of days. Mom is awkward socially, so we were really looking forward to that . So that was disappointing. The staff in general is very good. The woman who cleans her room and the server in the dining room are both fabulous. That said, we have had to ask them for several things that we shouldn't have had to like following up on her clea…

PositiveOur Atria experience
Our overall experience has been great. There was a short term Learning curve/adjustment period for both my mom and the staff, but since then everything has been fine. The room size in the LG section is a bit smaller than we would have hoped, but it serves well enough. The staff are attentive and engaging, room is always clean, the activity level is good for an LG resident I feel, and my mom appears to be much more engaged as well compared to her previous living arrangement.
